LINAC commissioning project

During my 2 year residency program, I completed a number of projects related to the practice of therapeutic medical physics. Here is one of them, which covers the topics of commissioning a linear accelerator and beam data collection.

Print to PDF scripts

Also during my residency I produced a set of scripts to be used in the Pinnacle³ treatment planning system. Our clinic was transitioning to electronic charts. Due to some limitations in the Unix system that Pinnacle³ runs on, we had to print treatment plan documentation onto paper and then scan it back into the computer system. I wrote these scripts to facilitate a simpler method of printing directly to PDF files on the system.
